Success Learning Center provides one-on-one, individualized tutoring for all subject areas, from PreK-12 through college and beyond. We work with emerging learners and support students through even the most challenging high school and college courses. In today’s competitive environment, education can be challenging at nearly every level. We offer tutoring solutions that help students not just pass their subjects, but master them successfully.
We offer 60 accredited online classes, including core subjects, electives, and career/technical courses. This extensive online curriculum allows students to receive an education specifically tailored to their individual needs. Unlike a traditional school setting, our classes enable students to work at their own pace, ensuring that those who may struggle in any academic area are not left behind and those who excel are not held back. Private tutoring (one-on-one hourly sessions) is also offered remotely or in-center to assist students with their coursework. This flexibility allows students to learn at a pace that suits them best, leading to academic success.
At Success Learning Center, we teach students specific strategies to improve their reading comprehension, writing, note-taking, spelling, vocabulary, and math skills, all while building their motivation and self-confidence. We offer specialized programs for students with dyslexia, learning disabilities, auditory and visual processing deficits, autism, and ADHD. We begin by interpreting previous testing and performing our own evaluation to develop an individualized student learning plan. We use multi-sensory methods and visual supports to ensure academic success, and we focus on filling learning gaps to prevent these achievement gaps from widening.
Having a child who is a struggling reader is challenging for both parents and students. Success Learning Center aims to alleviate these difficulties by offering support for children with dyslexia and guidance for parents unsure where to turn outside of the classroom. Our goal is to help students become successful learners using a multi-sensory approach to reading, phonics, and spelling. Your child will receive individualized, specific instruction using multi-sensory interventions and research-based strategies.
Dyslexia Screening Options
Step 1:
20-30 minute phone interview with parent(s). Review of previous report cards and any outside testing documents provided by the parent(s).
Step 2:
A thorough dyslexia screening (2-3 hours) with your child.
Step 3:
A printed report documenting all screening results.
Step 4:
A comprehensive and tailored intervention plan is implemented into our one-on-one tutoring sessions.
Success Learning Center’s one-on-one Executive Function Skills Coaching helps every student feel confident, at ease, and in control at school, in their career, with friends, and at home. We help students of all ages develop executive function skills with individualized coaching that allows them to feel calm, initiate tasks, stay organized, maintain attention, and exceed their academic, social, and life goals. As school and life become more demanding, we use real-life situations to teach students how to be more effective and productive. Each of these skills can be taught, learned, and applied at any stage of life.
